Return Policy

Because we’re a small shop creating unique, wild-inspired pieces, we’re unable to accept returns. We encourage you to explore all product details and reach out with any questions before completing your order. Your happiness means a lot to us, and we truly appreciate your understanding of this policy. For questions, our friendly team is here to help!

If something arrives incorrect or doesn’t meet quality standards, please drop us an email within 10 days of receiving it. Add your order number to the subject line and a photo of the item’s condition, so we can work quickly to make things right. Just a note: items need to be in original, unused condition, with tags attached and in their packaging

Exchange Policy
Since each order is printed just for you, we aren’t able to process exchanges. We encourage you to review the product details carefully and reach out with any questions before making your purchase. Your happiness with our products means the world to us, and we thank you for understanding our policy. Cancellation Policy
Plans change, mistakes happen, and (some) dads don't know sizes—we get it! For cancellations or order modifications, please email us within 1 hour of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. After this window, options for refund, exchange, or store credit may be available—please refer to those policies for further details.

Note: Our cancellation policy applies to orders placed between 7 am and 7 pm ET. Orders made outside these hours are final and do not have a cancellation option.

Missing Items

Our Missing Items Policy is here to help if an order arrives incomplete. If any items are missing, please reach out within 3 days of receiving your order, and we’ll work on a replacement for the missing items.

To submit a claim, proof of purchase is required, and we may ask for photo or video evidence to verify the issue. Replacement orders will be processed once we confirm the missing items or components were not included in the original shipment.

Please note that this policy only covers items missing from the order upon delivery and does not extend to items lost or damaged in transit.

Chargebacks
Wild in Color is a small team dedicated to creating colorful, custom-printed items and providing great products and support. Before considering a chargeback, please review this policy and our approach to chargebacks. By making a purchase, you agree to the following:

  1. Reach Out to Us First:
    If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out to our friendly customer support team first. We’re committed to finding solutions together, and a quick chat with us can often resolve things more smoothly than a chargeback.
  2. Chargeback Fees:
    If a chargeback is initiated without contacting us or is determined to be unfounded, we may apply a fee to cover administrative costs. We’ll notify you of any chargeback fee beforehand, and if applicable, it will be deducted from any eligible refund.
  3. Understanding Chargebacks:
    A chargeback is a last-resort option offered by financial institutions. Starting with a conversation with us often makes for faster resolution and helps us continue to create beautiful designs and experiences for our customers.
  4. Chargeback Investigation:
    If we receive a chargeback notice, our small team will investigate thoroughly, reviewing order details and any communications. Please allow several weeks, as bank timelines can vary.
  5. Resolution and Refunds:
    If the chargeback is supported by the bank, we’ll follow their decision. If resolved in our favor, any refunded amount will be reversed, and the original transaction will be reinstated.
